-You can choose any Premium cut of L’Autruche Steaks as (Outside strip, Tenderloin, Steak strips, Top loin, Bottom fan & Pearl)
-If you like to marinate, at least an hour in small amount of olive oil or coconut oil and seasonings such as kosher salt, black pepper & garlic.
-Alternatively, you can dry season L’Autruche steak right before placing on a hot grill.
-Once grill is hot, place seasoned steak onto the grill on high heat first for 30 sec for each side to take it’s shock color then continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Rotate steak clockwise 90 degrees and cook another 2-3 minute to get nice grill marks.
-Turn steak over and repeat the cooking & seasoning.
-Also you can put a piece of butter for carmelization
-Once the steak has reached desired doneness, remove from heat and allow to rest covered for 3-5 minutes before portion cutting to your desired serving size.
-After that you can add the topping that you prefer.
